Refunds & Returns

We hope that you love your item as much as we do!

However, if you would like an exchange or refund for your item then please contact us or email within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in all the original packaging. 

Once your return is processed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

You’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method.

Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Paypal payments can take up to 10 days.

We are unable to accept returns that are not in their original packaging.

How much do returns cost?

All returns are free.

If you need to return an item because it's faulty there is no charge for the return. We will refund or exchange (whichever you prefer) faulty items as soon as possible. Please keep all the original packaging for returns.


Damaged and faulty items

Please inspect your item upon receipt within two working days of delivery.

If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with an image of the issue to and we will respond to you within 72 hours.

We’ll offer an exchange or refund (whichever you prefer) for any damaged products including all delivery charges if they applied to your original order.

You will not be charged a return delivery fee.
