Refunds & Returns

We hope that you love your item as much as we do!

However, if you would like an exchange or refund for your item then please contact us or email help@bajalondon.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

To process a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in all the original packaging.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know if the return is approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Paypal payments can take up to 10 days.

How much do returns cost?

If you need to return an item because it's faulty there is no charge for the return collection. We will refund or exchange (whichever you prefer) faulty items as soon as possible.

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind then you’ll be responsible for courier charges.

Damaged and faulty items

Our team check all products through the production process and before they're sent out to customers. Please inspect your item upon receipt.

If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with an image of the issue to help@bajalondon.co.uk and we will respond to you within 72 hours.

We’ll offer an exchange or refund (whichever you prefer) for any damaged products including all delivery charges if they applied to your original order. You will not be charged a return delivery fee.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for free as long as the item has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at help@bajalondon.co.uk.

If the item has already been dispatched then you will need to email us once you have received your item to start the returns process. We will refund you for the item minus any courier fee for the return.
