How long is furniture & home decor delivery?

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.

 

Our estimated dispatch times are listed on each individual product page. Delivery for home decor takes 3 to 5 working days.

 

Furniture delivery can take between 3 to 5 working days. Larger items can take up to 15 working days. Please contact us if you would like to know further information regarding delivery.

 

Is my order tracked?

Yes, tracking information is provided when your order is dispatched so you'll know when it will arrive.

 

I wish to cancel my order

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If it has not already been dispatched then we can cancel your order free of charge.

If it has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel the order. Once you have received the item, please contact us. We will offer you a full refund less the return cost. Please email help@bajalondon.co.uk.

 

Which locations do you deliver to?

We offer free deliver to UK mainland locations. We do not currently delivery to Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man locations.

 

My item has arrived faulty or damaged, what can I do?

It is important that you inspect the item upon delivery, you'll be asked to sign a form confirming you are happy with the condition. If you are not happy with the condition of the item, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo showing the fault/damage and our team will get back to you.

 

I would like to return my order

If you change your mind please email help@bajalondon.co.uk. We give all of our customers 14 days from delivery to return an item. However, we are unable to offer a refund if it has been more than 14 days since you received your order.

 

How much does a return cost?

If you're returning your item because it's faulty or damaged there will be no additional charge. If you are returning your item because you've changed your mind then you will need to pay for delivery costs. Please contact us at help@bajalondon.co.uk to find out delivery costs.

 

How long will it take to get my refund?

This will depend on your bank or credit card provider. It can take approximately 5-7 working days to see a refund on your account. Paypal refunds can take up to 10 days.

 

Can you refund to a different account?

No, refunds can only be paid to your original payment method. We cannot make refunds using an alternative method.

 

Is Baja London home decor & furniture online only?

Yes, we are an online homeware & furniture store. We do not have any brick & mortar shops.

 

Do you offer buy now, pay later or instalment payments?

Yes, we've partnered with Klarna to offer you more flexibility. You can pay using Klarna’s Pay in 3 instalments or Pay in 30 days. Just select the Klarna payment method at checkout.
