If you have made a purchase from Baja London Furniture & Home Decor, you have 28 days from the date you received your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase. 

To request a return, you can contact us or email help@bajalondon.co.uk stating your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How much do returns cost?

If you need to return an item because it's faulty you will not be charged for the return/collection.

However, if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind then you will be refunded minus return delivery fee.

Damages and issues 

Our quality inspection team check all products through the production process and before they're sent out to our customers. Please inspect your item upon receipt.

If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with an image of the issue to help@bajalondon.co.uk and a member of our team will respond to you within 72 hours.

We will offer an exchange or refund for any damaged products including all delivery charges if they applied to your original order. You will not be charged a return delivery fee.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as the item has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at help@bajalondon.co.uk.

If the item has already been dispatched then you will need to email us once you have received your item to start a returns process. We will refund you for the item minus any return collection costs.
